This is a genuine progression opportunity for a carpenter who's ready to lead. You'll work across a variety of residential and light commercial projects throughout Marlborough, gradually taking on more site leadership — running jobs, coordinating trades, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring work is delivered to our high standard of quality and safety. You'll be backed by an experienced team and given the support and training to grow into the foreman role with confidence.

What You'll Need

LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) or a recognised NZ trade qualification
Solid hands-on carpentry experience, with a genuine interest in moving into a leadership role
Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide and motivate a team
Good organisational skills, with an eye for planning and problem-solving on site
Your own tools and reliable transport
A current full NZ driver licence
The legal right to work in New Zealand
