The home base of Renovation Specialists was established in 2002 by Andrew and Ngaire Lawson. Andrew has been running his own building company since 1995.
We have a team of 10 carpenters and apprentices and are passionate about renovations and alterations. We will provide you with a high quality finish built to your high expectations.
Not only are we a member of the Registered Master Builders Federation where we can offer you a seven year Master Build guarantee on all projects but Andrew is also one of the few Licensed Building Practitioners in Marlborough. To gain this New Zealand Government qualification Andrew had to undergo rigorous testing and now holds licenses for Carpentry, Site 1 and Site 2. We are also members of Site Safe, which means that you, your family and our staff will always be protected on site.
